A Great Weekend
Submitted by Bob Becker on November 7, 2009 - 9:02am.Plenty Of Sun today with temperatures in the Mid-Upper 60's. Clear and cool tonight with lows in the Upper 30's to the Low 40's. The weather should be Perfect for the Vol's tonight with clear skies and temperatures falling into the 50's. Sunny and even warmer tomorrow with temperatures in the Upper 60's to the Low 70's. Welcome To The Weekend

Great weather is on tap for Saturday with highs well into the 60's and sunny. Some 70's are possible on Sunday with abundant sunshine. Clouds increase Monday leading to our next chance of rain by Tuesday. Temperatures will be in the 50's for the VOLS/Memphis game Saturday night. Wonderful Weekend Weather
Submitted by Ken Weathers on November 6, 2009 - 11:31am.After a cold and frosty start, we will see temperatures make a quick recovery to seasonable levels (low 60s) with lots of sunshine by this afternoon. The warming trend ramps up this weekend with upper 60s on Saturday (thanks to an increasing southwesterly wind) and lower 70s Sunday with sunshine expected BOTH days. Clouds return at the start of the week with spotty rain chances possible returning by Tuesday.

A FROST ADVISORY is posted once again for the valley for those that have yet to see a killing frost this season. A Warming Trend For The Weekend
Submitted by Ken Weathers on November 5, 2009 - 5:33am.We will see another day with sunshine and just a few clouds, but it will be a little cooler (highs in the upper 50s-lower 60s). Temperatures will really drop off tonight (low-mid 30s)and there will most likely be some widespread areas of frost by Friday morning. Then the warm-up begins and continues right through the weekend. We will continue to see plenty of sunshine Friday-Sunday with highs in the low 60s Friday, Mid 60s Saturday and near 70 by Sunday...it should be a very nice weekend for outdoor plans.
Another Dry Night On Tap

Plenty of sun is on tap Thursday but it will feel a little cool with a north breeze and highs only in the upper 50's. More Clouds...Not Much Rain
Submitted by Ken Weathers on November 4, 2009 - 11:51am.We will see a few more clouds this afternoon as comared to the last few days (especially up towards the TN/KY border), but there won't be much more than just a few sprinkles possible with them. It will keep temperatures down a little compared to yesterday, but right in line for seasonal averages (lower 60s). We will see more sunshine for Thursday, but most areas will not get back to the 60 degree mark. The warm up comes Friday through the weekend, in fact, we could be near 70 with sunshine by Sunday.
More Clouds...Most Dry
Submitted by Ken Weathers on November 4, 2009 - 5:29am.We start out the day with some scattered frost and chilly temperatures, but we will see temperatures near seasonal averages by this afternoon (lower 60s). We will start the day with some sunshine, but clouds will thicken up for most areas through the afternoon. Some higher elevations (Plateau and Mountains)could see a few sprinkles, but most areas will be dry. Sunshine returns late week into the weekend with warmer conditions as well.
A Bright Moon Tonight

A FROST ADVISORY remains in effect until 10:00 Wednesday morning for valley locations. A few more clouds Wednesday night could trigger a sprinkle but most areas will be dry.
