Has Spring Finally Sprung?

On average the last freeze for Knoxville is March 29th and in the next 5-7 days a hard freeze doesn't look very likely. When asked though,  I always say hold off on planting the annuals in East Tennessee until tax day (April 15th). That said, the next few days look very good for doing yard work from a long Winter of lawn neglect. We will see a mix of sun and clouds today through Friday with highs warming from the 60s into the 70s and only spotty rain chances late week (mainly North of Knoxville). So get out and enjoy wheteher it is yard work, little league or any outdoor activities.
