Strong Storms Possible Late Day

The brisk southerly wind continues today and that will once again push temperatures up into the upper 70s and lower 80s for highs today. It will also pump in a lot of moisture ahead of a cold front which approaches the region later tonight. All this combined will give us a few spotty showers through early afternoon and a greater risk of storms by this evening (some of the storms could be strong/severe).
